ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING DATES DURING STAFF HOLIDAY PERIOD
As a small, family-run business, we have reduced cover when we go on holiday and, therefore, the processing and shipping of orders may take a little longer than usual. Email enquiries will be followed up during our holiday but our response may not be immediate because of the time difference (+7 hours)
We will be on holiday from Friday 8 February until Saturday 2 March inclusive. During this time, orders received will be shipped following the timetable below. All orders will be sent via DPD's UK Next Day service and if you provide a mobile number, you will receive a 1-hour delivery Predict Text. There will be no Express Shipping available during this period. International orders will be shipped on the same dates below but are subject to a 2-3 or 4-5 day delivery schedule, depending on where in Europe you are based.
