We are a small, family-run business that prides itself on providing high quality suncare products and excellent customer service. All the products that we sell on the Techniblock website have been personally tested by us and we think they are the absolute best! The Techniblock sunscreen range and Peaceful Sleep Insect Repellent are both South African products and we discovered these when visiting family living in South Africa. We have visited many times in the last 20 years and have had some of the best experiences of our lives in this beautiful country.... from riding the rapids of the Sabi river on a small inflatable dinghy, to riding the longest and fastest zip wire at Sun City; from watching lions hunt at night in the magnificent Pilansburg game reserve, to riding the cable car up to Table Mountain in Cape Town. South Africa boasts some of the most fantastic beaches on the north and south Durban shore, and the most amazing wildlife. Whether it’s up close and personal with the cheetahs at the Spier winery in the Stellenbosch or visiting the elephants at Glen Afrique where the BBC filmed Wild at Heart, South Africa has something to suit everyone. It was during these numerous visits that we discovered Techniblock sunscreen and quickly became to realise that it was the best sun protection we had ever used. Our children and nephews were young and loved being in the pool all day and we could relax, safe in the knowledge that Techniblock would keep them protected from the relentless South African sun. Heading off on Safari, our Peaceful Sleep insect repellent kept us bite-free from morning until dusk and continues to protect, even in destinations renowned for mosquitoes, such as Florida, Brazil, Indonesia and Australia We remain keen travellers and our children, now grown-up, have followed in our footsteps. We’ve enjoyed many trips to amazing destinations such as Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, the Caribbean and the United States of America so we’ve had lots of opportunity to put Techniblock and Peaceful Sleep through its paces.
